I don't know how this will work out, but someone is trying to organize a New Year's bash using the Dogecoin Rain app for tablets and smart phones. If you have one, it may worth checking out. The app lets you collect doge, or make it rain Dogecoins on others. The minimum for withdrawal is 10 Doge and I think the max the wallet could hold was 50k.
